Otherwise known as "Girls Dead Monster" or simply "GDM" WAS a fictional band from the anime "Angel Beats" but it seems they became a real band.Any word if they still plan on continuing their career as a band?  |

Actually, it's "GirlsDeMo" if you're going to use their short alias. The band formed being based of the Angel Beats! band GirlsDeMo. It's unclear if they're going to continue as a real band, but I hope they do, they make pretty good music. I think they might though, because Lisa does music on her own, and they already made a PV of one of their songs. Speaking of K-ON though, HTT needs to have something like Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekisou!

^ HTT has a live, with the Seiyuu actually playing their respective characters instruments. Try to search for it on Youtube. It was aaaawesome. They really went out of their way for their characters. AND THEY WERE WEARING COSPLAY COSTUMES |

What, that's nuts. I'm definitely going to find this DVD now! I just heard "Watashi noKoi Wa Hocchikisu" and it was pretty good live. Toyosaki Aki is really cute singing live with Yui's voice. Mio's seiyu sang really well, too. The girl who plays Azu~nyan is pretty cute, too. If only Mugi's seiyu died her hair and Ritsu, too, I'd be convinced it's actually HTT live. XD She messed up that opening riff slightly, but did better for the other parts so no big deal. Now curious, are they the actual ones who composed the instrumentals for those songs or another staff? Too bad this is before the season season, I'd love to see the second season songs live!!!!

I watched half of K-ON!'s live concert (due to some video problems >_>) and it's hawt.. XD The whole thing is 2 and a half hours long, and they performed theme songs, character songs and such. And yeah, I hope GirlDeMo will keep doing songs. I love them! <3  |

Well currently there is a tour going on in Japan that has Lisa & the GirlDeMo band performing at various locations. The first date was August 3rd at ELL (Electric Lady Land) & the last will be at Shibuya AX. I had a feeling that Key & Jun Maeda-san will bring us more GirlDeMo to promote the series even further the same they did with other series from them. Remember there were like 15 CDs based on the CLANNAD series alone. Also from my knowledge a singer associated with any Key franchise will usually have their careers take off like it did with LIA, Eufonius, & to a lesser degree Rita who is more known for her VN works. Yeah a lot of artists, regardless of nice songs, don't become really know outside of that (oh she made a song for "x" visual novel or game). Though a lot of those artists tend to just stick to what they do and not care about more popularity or different/more fans. I'm not so aware of Lisa's discography, but it seems she might try to head for more popularity and gain Oricon ratings. It's rare to see a more focused anime singer gain higher sales/ratings, then there's those artists who are more of an artist instead of focusing more on anime stuff (e.g. Amuro Namie). In fact, Mizuki Nana is the only seiyu to have a number one album on Oricon (huge accomplishment). I love Lisa though, are these guys her officially support band? I know Lisa is officially a solo artist, but similar to Hirano Aya, she's had a lot of support band members make her music. And yeah Lisa is actually one of the more attractive singers from Key, lol. No hate. All love. ^_~`

@ DAngel-san I believe those guys are just the support band (remember in the Little Braver PV her band were all female), from what i read & know Lisa is mostly a solo artist. Again more known for her works on VN rather than her mainstream stuff, which like i said is similar to those who came before her ala Lia, Eufonius, & Rita. Artists that have done mostly VN stuff usually have a very strong & loyal fanbase. I guess this is just her gaining more notority with the help of Key & Jun Maeda-san. I wish her all the best cause she has the looks & talent to make it in the idustry. I can see her being like Lia. |
