It shouldn't be long, but usually 24 hrs. or less. |

logout and log back in and it should show. may take awhile though but generally is fast.

Donations are recorded instantly. In your case, you simply neglected to continue (as instructed!) to the page which updates your session. As was mentioned above, logging out and back in will refresh your session to reflect the donation.
