The theme song is awesome, you should listen it. ^^

There is a blog said that it has been revealed that the song will be released via digital distribution on May 8th.
But I don't know where he got that information from. ^^

A blog said 「NO SCARED」 single will be released July 20, 2011. Hope it's a valid information...

The trailers said that the game will be released in summer,
but according to gamespot, it will be released in August 25
and they also said that NIS America is trying to negotiate a deal with Image Epoch to publish the game in US.
(I hope their deal went well and won't use dubs for the game or at least... I hope they will make an option between using dubs or not. xD)

I really agree with you.
There are also many unanswered questions in the OVA like what's gonna happen after Black★Rock Shooter is stabbed by Black Gold Saw,
who is Black Gold Saw in the real world and how she is related to Kuroi Mato....

Yeah, B★RS' outfit looks really cool even I kinda dislike it at the first time I saw that outfit in the game screenshot. xD
But after I saw the trailers and this pic... I changed my mind. xD

I also like... White☆Rock Shooter, she looks really hot in my opinion. Her voice is cool too. xD ← Highlight to see spoiler.

I don't think all of them will be in the game.
The link you provided seems to give a list of characters that are part of the B★RS world,
which means everybody... And not game exclusive... (well, there IS a "Game-Exclusive Characters" link though. xD)

By the way, White☆Rock Shooter = Black★Rock Shooter = Gray = I love them all. xD

Yeah, heavy weaponry with a really thin legs.
That will definitely make B★RS the strongest hot girl in the universe. :3
The rock cannon looks smaller than the original one though. So, it's a plus for game realism point... xD

Since I bet most people want to buy "White Premium Box" just so they can get that figma on their hands as fast as they can. xD (like me, lol!!)
