Terraria

It just started a month ago and it's pretty impressive. It's still in the early stages (Like I said, still 1 month old). It has the Minecraft 2D thing going on since it thrives on you mining, making your own house, and shaping the world thing going on. But there are future patches to make this game worthwhile. I'm surprised this hasn't been an active thread. I just got Terraria a few days ago, thanks to Maiku, and I've been loving it ever since. There's just so much you can do, every little bit is fun-- from mining to fighting bosses-- it really doesn't get old. I never had a chance to experience Minecraft myself, though I enjoyed watching videos of it. But being able to play Terraria really takes the experience to a whole new level and made me even more interested in pc gaming

Version 1.0.5 just got released and I'm still thinking on how I'll finish my first official home for 1.0.4. I got all the NPCs and have not finalized my designs. I wanted to place a dungeon and I still haven't placed my actual room yet. I'll post the incomplete design here later. Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |

@Naru: It's not; it's about $10 from the Steam store. @Lu Bu: I really don't have anything special planned right now. I just got it, so I'm still doing basics. I don't even have armor yet, but I have a bunch of accessories haha. I might try and flood hell, or make a Hellbrick castle later on though.
