Unable to access red files, despite donating...

Anyone else having this issue, despite having donated multiple times in the past? I had access up to to the recent disabling of downloading pending an increase in donations. During that I was able to download newer files for whatever reason, but not those in red (so I had assumed that the way the disabling worked was everyone who had donated in the past had gotten shifted to default downloading privileges, and those who had never donated had gotten shifted to no-downloads during this period). However, even though "downloading" has theoretically been resumed now, I still don't have access to archived/red files as before. Feeling a bit ;; since I donated during the disabled period as well (...and now files I had yet to grab are being gradually deleted). Am I alone with this issue? (To note: when I try to access an archived file, it just directs me to the donation suggestion page; so it seems like somehow I'm still marked as a non-donator, even after making new donations.) |

If you're talking about the red highlighted songs, those are offline. I believe that Blue highlighted songs are the ones for people who have donated. Why are some songs highlighted in red? You can request them to be uploaded once again, but if they were taken offline, I assume it was for good reason.    |
