And so there was this time whereby the individual known as Mihashi became incredibly bored, SOOO bored that he considered taking some Prozac, and that was when he encountered the simple game that revved up his hand-eye-coordination skills and that was Step Mania. Well, basically my buddy Joe popped outta nowhere one day and posted a short video of himself playing the game on Facebook... It seems that he was on expert level and that he got a pretty high score I'd say.. So, I was wondering if any a' youse have ever heard of the game and whether you enjoy playing it... Do you play it with anime songs (OP/ED/FULL/AMV/MAD) or do you play it with all sorts of other songs... (It'd be pretty fun to see someone play Step Mania to the tunes of a samba song) Also, I'm having a pretty hard time in trying to make my own Step songs. I mean, I basically have some songs and also some OP/ED videos, but I just can't seem to make anything work with the Step editor. I use Step Mania version 5.0.0. Anyway, that's all, if anyone's interested in responding to this thread, please do respond and offer guidance. ONE MORE THING I usually play this for fun and mostly for fun and to outdo or improve my own VERY SLOW hand-to-eye-coordination... (It happens a whole lot when I'm doing some activities. Like, typing for instance.) So, going on Hard or Expert is just outta the question and I hate to boast 'bout my exploits and I just don't think it's nice to demean/mock/ridicule others just by being able to play songs on Expert level with little difficulty. I don't mind you playing on Expert or Hard, just don't say bad things to others, that ain't nice.  |

Everyone's heard of this game, it's been around for a while really. I used to play it on my old PC though my vision started to get blurry due to intense focus. Sharingan blurry. :O But it was fun, I was pretty decent at it to be honest, though not that good compared to people who are absolutely insane at it. Besides eye focus, it's mostly about keeping the beat depending if the steps match the measures of the song.

Gendou used to make some stepmania songs if you can find them. They should be on the frontpage called gendou's original sim files.  |
