Ok, so I've watched ALOT of anime in my life, and lately every new series I start is just boring because I can predict what's going to happen...so I decided to try some different genres and I'm currently watching romance...I just finished The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and I quite liked it, so I was wondering if there are anymore series like it. |

Try out Mawaru Penguindrum, it's full of so many plot twists that you have no idea how it's going to end until... Well, the end. Seriously, that's how I would best summarize the series. XD |

Romance isn't a main theme of this anime, but it is very, very unpredictable; in fact throughout the anime, nothing in the anime links together UNTIL the very last few episodes. I recommend you give Durarara (DRRR) a try if you haven't already seen it. I, myself was very sceptical at first when a friend recommended it to me, saying though it is extrememly to grasp what is going on, you will understand everything when you finish watching it. And that was indeed what happened, everything make perfect sense at the end. Also, i recommend Daily Lives of High School Boys as a must watch comedy. It too is highly unpredictable, though romance is once again a very subtle theme within it. |
