i have a question about what the link is between inu-yasha and the tetsaiga i know when it is away from inu-yasha for too long he turns full demon but other than that im confused because the moth demon from the first inu-yasha movie couldent touch it only inu-yasha can but in the series sago steals the tetsaiga and gives it to naraku and she doesnt get burned by the tetsiga so someone plz explain this to me!!

| the tetsaiga is a sword made from inuyasha's fathers fang. it was created to portect inuyasha's human mother. it also portects inuyasha's humanity from his demon side. therefore in order to be able to use or touch the sword the user must have human blood. that is why the moth demon got burned but songo and naraku are able to touch it, they both have human blood aka songo is human and naraku is a half-demon half-human. |

I agree with you "Wisp". Remenber that one esp. were inuyasha was beeting his big brother "sesshoumaru" at there farthers grave to win the sword over? "tetsaiga"? well when he triend to pick the sword out of the ground but he could'nt, even when his big bro tried he could not couse he is full demon...but when kagome "accidentally" pick the sword up to try and save inuyasha couse he was in troble...so she could couse she "was" human unlike sesshoumaru. she even did it couse she was going to protect inuyasaha, but he could not couse he just wanted to show he can pick it up infront of his brother to try and "show off" and see the sad and surprized look on his face! just like what "wisp" said. (sorta) lol huh? ^-^ |

yes. remember that one esp. where inuyasha's tetsaiga broke and he was fighting this demon and he was losing without his tetsaisa? then he turned into a full demon and cut of his head? |

the mobster name was...Oni something that can read people minds... plus the sword was created by using his father's fangs which is powerful...father's power and love for Inuyasha... |

The great Purple-Blue monster with great fangs, Lol. His fangs were later taken by the evil blacksmith and he made them into a sword but was unable to control it.

| yes well remember he has like "little" control when he is in his full demon form? couse remember that time once he was full demon? & kagome was trying to calm him down but he tryed to tell her to stay away...well once she got close enough she sat him very calmy...it might not look like she was scarced but she was scarced out of her wits for inuyasha! And remember folks, he can be really strong when he is in that form! he even got his "BIG BRO" a little scarced of his power...boy was that funny!! LOL (tears) ^o^ |

Does anybody think that Jakotsu from the band of seven is hilarious?! I'm glad that adult swim didn't change the concept that he is a homosexual/transvestite with a abnormal obsession with Inuyasha.

Tetsusaiga can onli b touch by humans n Inuyasha n Naraku are half demon which makes them part human as well so the reason the moth demon couldn touch it is bcos he's a full blood demon like Sessoumaru. Tetsusaiga is a sword which seal away the demon blood in Inuyasha so if the sword is out of his grasp, he will bcome full demon which make him wana kill more life but thank god he was brought back by... "Osuwari."
