I think that band you found is really one of a kind XD Monkey Majik sometimes plays with the Yoshida Brothers, who are known for their Shamisen playing, so those are fun and upbeat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XGwbEAzhfA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zc4AkEC_UWU There are other artists I know of who use traditional instruments and enka singing style, but they aren't super upbeat and modern or anything. can't believe they are one of a kind... i mean... back to the roots 2.0 ? whats with that? ^_^ lets check your stuff ... ... ... well ... all that does not really look related to what i meant... i just wanted the sound to sound... traditional you know >.< its hard to explain. that "traditional" stuff is missing in the first videos and this "modern" stuff is missing in the last >.< i mean they're playing the instruments but... it doesn't really sound traditional. i hope you have an idea of what i mean ^_^ |
