Which do you think is the worst song in an anime? I thought that it was D.N.Angel's Byakuya True Light at first when I heard the voice. But I liked it since I bought the VCD. The same song with the same singer, but afetr hearing it for many times, I started to like it.

Corrector Yui opening is the worst from my point of view. I heard it in its original versión and one dubbed in Spanish, and i like the voice of the spanish singer more than the original one |

I'd have to say the first ending to Speed Grapher is the worst (Hill of Poppies I believe is the title). Nails on a chalkboard are a veritable symphony by comparison :P I have to say I liked Trigun's intro, but the ending was a bit annoying, yes.

I saw the question and wanted to get in on this discussion cos most people want to hear about BEST lists, but this is interesting. There are quite a few BAD, BAD anime songs out there -- like in any other genre -- but after thinking about it I gotta agree with baldy and say the end theme to Trigun which is "Kaze wa Mirai ni Fuku (The Wind Blows to the Future)" by Akima & Neos HAS to be one of the WORST! "Aaaa u oh ko ne su maaa wa..." - crap.

Didn't bother to find out what these were called because they were so damn awful. Ending from Fruits Basket, opening from Chrno Crusade, and ending from Tenjou Tenge. Ew. Ew ew ew. Hah... I also seem to be the only one who likes Kaze wa etc. Not like "Ooh that's an awesome song," but it's fun and the voice is cool in a weird way. Perhaps I'm just strange. H.T., the opening song, I tend to skip over though.
If you're happy and you know it, damn you.

"nail on a chalk board" that descirbes "Chaging The World" from InuYasha to me, I don't know why but I can't stand the song. Maby if the didn't have it in english it would be more bearable. Or atleast different singers.

I actually like the ending of Trigun as well... but right now I can't think of a song that I can't stand... I'm happy wherever there's music... but I'm sure there is one, just don't know which one yet. (huzzah for first post!) |

Hmm... Perhaps I will get flamed for this, but... I dislike Inu Yasha songs. ...well, okay, not all of them; but Changin' the World topped my list. I also despised the first opening song of Get Backers, Yuragu Koto nai Ai. Heavens, I'd gladly exchange nails on a chalkboard than that! If you want me to experience sheer physical pain, put that song on headsets. Geez, that song is the pits!  ��空����愛��人よ? Kono sora no dokoka itoshii hito yo? |
