it's adorable, but you can see underwear when you bend down, which sucks if you didn't wear a cute pair :[ even worse, if you wear granny panties, and people point and laugh and even more worse, and i dunno why the hell people would do it in the first place, wear a thong underneath miniskirt, and bend over, .....:I

| Is it just in Japan? Because in some of the Chinese and Korean movies that I watch, there are girls that wear similar clothing to the school uniforms. Perchance, did you mean Japanese uniforms or specifically the uniforms for girls? |

Well Jap school uniform are nice to see girls look pretty and sexy in those dress but I don't think it's that Big Of a deal like what we see in Anime shows, but well I've never been to japan so maybe it has to do with the enviroment too, |

| I'd LOVE to get one like in the anime. In Nihon, the most often have the ones with the vests and the clip-on scarfs. I like the anime style ones, white with blue or green cuffs and skirt and a red scarf. Although blue is my favorite color, I prefer the green ones. If I had one in real life though, I'd like the skirt to be longer than in Inu-Yasha or Sailor Moon or any other show that has them...I REALLY WANT ONE! |

Those little sailor suits are worn not just by Japanese schoolgirls, but by schoolgirls all over Asia -China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore. I used to study in Taiwan, and in my opinion, those skirts are not very cute at all, if you had to wear them. Sure, they look great, but are actually very annoying. You'd always have to worry about the guys seeing your panties. And they flip up so easily, whenever there's wind.  |

They ROCK!!Seriously,they do.I mean, compared to those crappy ones I wear to school these days.the skirts's length's like 5cms under your knee,and you have to wear a pair ok knee-high socks, so none of your thigh or feet can be revealed.Plus, the skirt's motive is a blur of green and white stripes and squares.And the blouse is just plain white, nothing else.How lame is That?wish I can wear Japanese Uniforms to school, they are soo totally kawaiiii...and the boys' uniform are like...HOT .Oh, and in case you're wondering these, kind of uniform are from Indonesia
Life starts simply , why change them?
