They! This is only a survey to all filipinoes who watch Anime Series in any channel and Chino-Korean Novela Series in ABS-CBN, ABC, GMA, etc. If you have an authority to make an Anime Series based on the Tele-novelas, Korean Novela, or Chino-Novela you know, what are those shows do you want to convert to an Anime Series? Oi, cool! But uh... First of all, I'd like to correct your spelling... It's supposed to be Filipinos not Filipinoes. //_< Ok, moving on... 1. Encantadia (because as Lou said, it's cool) 2. Attic Cat (because while I'm not watching it on a regular basis, I really think it's cute and has the making of an equally cute, funny and feel-good anime) //_^

Well...I am Filipino, but they don't show any other asian dramas here in Texas except Meteor Garden, which was based on Hana Yori Dango, right? Is Lovers in Paris that good?  |

Yup, it's pretty good--the characters were funny, and the story if cute too. Hmm...I think I'd pick Full House. I'd like to see Young Jae and Ji Eun in chibi form ^_^ |

Hehehehe! I'm back! For Mareike - Thanks for correcting my spelling (OUCH !!) because I'm practicing my english speach and grammar so I forgot the spelling of Filipino (in plurar form) heheheh! I thought FilipinoES because.....hmmmmmmmmmmm.....I think you know that already. HEHEHEHE! For Lou - I'm not saying that Encantadia or any Tele-novelas made by filipinos is not included in this survey. You can vote also any.....hmmmmm.....(let me think a short name for Filipino Tele-Novela).......Fil-Novela...Hehehehhe! Sorry! Encantadia is not my favorite. (SAWA NA AKO SA FANTA-SERIES). For Chudaps - It is COOL to make Full House to be in Chibi Form (MAS CUTE KASI MAGMUKHA SILANG BATA) HEHEHEHEH! For Sanoni - For me, Lovers in Paris is GOOD. | I'd love to see Save the Last Dance for Me (Save YOUR Last Dance for Me yung correct title daw ^_^) in anime. For me, it's still the best Koreanovela there is. Btw, there would be a Japanovela na daw in GMA? I dunno.. Hope so. But I hope ABS-CBN would also show things like those because I think that their dubbing is better. :) |

Wasn't that statement too disrespectful? "...mas magaling mas mabuti pa ang Pilipino kaysa sa mga Sadistang Hapon!" I mean, the "mas magaling" part is overshadowed by the fact that the Japanese have worldwide leading technology (and great anime!), the "mas mabuti" part is questionable, and the "Sadistang Hapon!" was just too cruel. In fact, the whole statement was racist and stereotypical! It's okay, I guess, to write it off as a joke, but I would be ashamed if it were written in true opinion. I'm filipino too (a filipina, actually) and I am proud of my culture, but to write something like this brings shame to linking my heritage to our people. Anyway, I've read all sorts of reviews about Lovers in Paris, and would very much like to see it developed into an anime. |

Marimar, pwede ba yun? parang ilang ulit na pinalabas yun eh. hehehehe. parang wala akong gustong telenovela na gawing anime eh. kasi halos pare pareho na ang storya, lalo na mga mexicano at tagalog na telenovela. kaya ko nga ikwento ang karamihan sa telenovela ng iisa ang description. 1. rich boy meets long-katuts 2. long-katuts ma inlove kay boy 3. lolokohin ni boy si long katuts 4. may mayamang kamag anak si long-katuts 5. gaganti si long-katuts 6. magkakatuluyan sila boy at long-katuts ewan ko ba kung bakit di pa kayo magsawa sa ganyang istorya. di naman mas magaling ang hapon sa pilipino. at hindi rin mas magaling ang pilipino sa hapon. sa totoo lang pareho lang silang magagaling dahil pareho lang silang tao kaya pareho lang sila ng potensyal. ang masama lang sa pilipino eh medyo may katamaran at mga inutil na nagpapataba ang mga nasa gobyerno. that's all I thank you. by the way, japan also have mushy tele novelas. so stop the discrimination. |

Whoa~ everyone needs to cool down... i do agree with yoshinasha though..."...mas magaling mas mabuti pa ang Pilipino kaysa sa mga Sadistang Hapon" was a bit too much... well i guess, Ruy was offended at ciel's statement...well i did too as well... i also agree with Jester. TeleNovelas in the Philippines are the same. Too repetitive. and that's why sometimes when you watch the shows we already know what's going to happen next... (I didn't mean to offend anyone and I'm sorry if I did. Just a friendly animé addict just posting her opinion.)  ^_^v PEACE OUT! |

Thanks for cooling my temper RuJz. But I'm really offended and get angry on what ciel was said to Filipinos and showing what is BAD attitudes of a Japanese, he/she loves to critizise on what person was doing. And for yoshinasha, if you read that kind of statement made by ceil in a "Thread" made by you, what will you do? It is impossible to give thanks on what he/she says even it is againts to the information that you want. He/She even critizise your works. It is like he/she dump a garbage to your own house. In what you say about my reaction, some are true but some are false in there. Do you know that in my word mabuti, I compair the values and manners of a Filipino vs the Japanese. Even they have a high-tech industry, they have also disadvantages and weakness. Correct me if I'm wrong. Kaya basahin mong mabuti kung ano ang nangyayari sa forum or thread dito. For your Information, I'm a Half Japanese and Half Filipino and I know what is the attitudes of a Japanese and a Filipino. I hate Japanese negative attitude than Filipino negative attitude. But I have negative attitude that I've got to the parents of my mother (Japanese), Can't Control their Temper, even me is a short tempered person. So please Understand! Nuu! I hate Tele-Novelas, they're so romantic. I do like the animes that they are showing, so I watched them, I just dislike how long they show the commercials, and how heartless they are to cut the ed theme songs. I have to say, if you cut out the commercials in Tele-novelas, the show should be around 15-20 minutes or less.  |
