Holy crimony. Shaman King's dub was AWFUL. Which reminds me of a Yugioh popsicle I recently came across, that was shaped like the Millennium Puzzle. It read on the package; "ENTER THE SHADOW REALM." Oh yes. Big scary popsicle. |

Unfortunely, I cannot STAND it when they show an anime on FOXBOX, so I won't be watching One Piece. (tried to watch Shaman King, couldn't stand it. should try out da manga, though...) I am happy that Full Metal Alchemist will be on Adult Swim. Although I'm a little worried since Funimation's doing it

i dunno...i heard frm many forums tt the dubbed version of many animes spoil the show and many arent very happy to see good anime in bad hands... is it really that bad? those voice dubbers?
If practice makes perfect and no one is perfect... then, Why do we practice?

I heard that Saiyuki Reload has been licensed to ADv or something. My friend found out about a month ago. I want to get the DVD if they come out, but I'm in china now! ;_; so sad....

I know of of another anime, Naruto thats coming to Cartoon Network I'm pretty scared. They called it Naruto(Nah-rue-tow)I saw the anime in original japanese so I know it's gonna suck! I told my brother and he looked like he was gonna die!

Oh Shamen King was completely and utterly HORRIBLE, I don't think any other human being on this earth could've taken such a good anime and made it go so horribly WRONG... I mean they flat our called Ren, LEN that was horrible and "LEN's" family is chinese and they all had English frikken accents... and then everything was stripped of it's non-g rated format and totally made for little kids, I don't think I heard one word that was even close to the original laguage used in there... as for one piece I've seen the dub on Cartoon Network and it isn't looking to good, I have to say I don't care for Luffy's voice.. it's all scritch scratchy and sounds too old for him... I'd have to say that 99% of the time dubs suck... I've seen the Naruto dub and I don't personally care for it all that much, it sucks (dub version wise) but from what I've seen that isn't dubbed, just subbed it actually isn't to terribly bad, it's getting hard to get into and I'm 20 episodes through but I'm hoping it will picks up since I really do have a thing for Kakashi-sensei... (tehe) but yes FOXBOX sux, another great example of their suxxage-ness would be Tokyo Mew Mew... totally degrated that show... can't think of any other's but I'm sure there's more so I'd say don't get your hopes up with the dubbing of any future anime shows... always keep low hope, that way you're never disappointed in the end...(I forgot who told me that, but it was a great quote...)
