By Tsuba RC, you mean Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles, then I don't believe that anyone has scanned the manga yet, so you won't be able to download it. However, the anime has been out and has been subbed into English for some time now. I believe that you'd be able to get eps 1-15. Though following the plot I bet that there'll be over 100 or even 300 episodes. As for the manga... just buy it.

It's best to just buy the manga. Then you don't have to worry about corrupted files, and viruses invading your hard drive. It's just safer for your computer that way.
Aim for the moon, because even if you miss, you\'ll still land amongst the stars.
