Take rice, cook it. Put it in a hollowed out stump. Add some water. Take your large wooden mallet. Add some water on that. Beat the rice about 100000000000000000000 times. Mix some more water in as you do it. Mix with other things, or just eat in-itself. I've made it before. Its like climbing Fuji-san. Everyone should do it once, but only a fool would do it twice. |

Most people buy it nowadays, huh? I like to have it very cold no matter the season. Nothing beats ice-cold mochi! Other than that, I like the dish Isobe Maki and Zoni dishes you can make with mochi. But just to make sure... you guys aren't talking about Mocchi from Monster Rancher?? I couldn't stand the thought of anyone wanting a bite of Mocchi! |
