I have become so addicted to this show it is not even funny. I have never laughed so hard at any anime in my life, and it has made me completely forget my previous sources of laughter: Naruto, Love Hina, and Kare Kano. Does anyone else enjoy the wacky antics of Excel, Lord Il Palazzo, and Hyatt? [Linda Richman accent] Talk amongst yourselves. [/Linda Richman accent] |

Excel saga is among my favorite comedy animes ;) The best is of course Golden boy!!! Nabeshin is really cool with his afro, the best character :) |

| my best frined has the DVD of the whole series...i think it's like 6 or 7 dvds but the minigame on some of them a funny as hell.this anime easly makes my top then list |

| Yeah, some of the minigames on the DVDs are great! Excel Saga is one of the funniest anime/comedy/parody shows out there! If you liked it, you should probably watch the semi-sequel Puni Puni Poemy, which isn't quite as hilarious, but still incredibly funny! |

Excel Saga was the first series I finished. I loved it all until the very last volume. For some reason the ending just pissed me off.  |

This anime successfully lowered my IQ by about 70 points! So I wildly reccomend it to anyone who feel overencumbered by extreme intelligence XD *Back into the asylum* |

wow... 6 out of 7 people in here likes excel saga..? I'm sharing the same opinion as Loki, I think it's TOO bizzare and random for my liking. I mean, sure, it's funny but at the same time, there's no definitive storyline and the idea of it being a plain funny-cum-bubbly-idiot kind of anime with the lack of cute hunks and pretty opening/ending songs really put me off... So... my rating goes down... to... -36 out of 40. y? - No nice songs (-9x2) out of 10; each! (That's right, you lot, grab a calculator and try working out how to use it in the first place!) - Lack of cute hunks (-8) out of 10 - plain bizzare with no sign of intelligence... (-10) out of 10

Excel Saga... that's one funny anime alright! I have it on DVDs! But right now, I'm getting to read the manga... reached volume... 10 I think... anyways, yeah, that anime is funny!

There's no real story until the last 4 or so episodes, so it's not like any other anime out there. it goes out of its way to make fun of every little thing about anime it possibly can. that's half the show, the other half is just being random. somehow after all that it still had an emotionally moving ending... |

| Excel Saga is totally rad. Everytime I watch it, I can't stop laughing. The last episode especially. (The musical episode) xDD I love that episode sooo much. I don't particularly fancy the manga that much, but it's okay. |

Apparently, the last episode was never even meant to be aired. The creators purposely made it as offensive as possible so that it would never make it past the censors. That's why it's so crazy. Also, a comedy doesn't need a plot. It just needs to be funny. So bite my non-existant ass, Lunarky. j/k |

it's funny good (not that bad)in comparison to others a little repetitve nice animation opening song is good ending is crap but WE can find better easely |

Indeed... that last episode really IS crazy. It's very funny tho... well, that's what I think anyway.
