I posted the lyrics for the ending for Grenadier b4 but there were a few mistakes on it so I have now posted the correct version plus the kanji version of the lyrics.

Hitoriikiri nakisou ni naru yoru nante ikutsu mo aru
owari no nai tabi no tochuu dare datte yume miteiru

itsumo nanika wo shinjite soshite nanika wo shinatte
kimi wo dakishimeta
nagashita namida no kazu wa yasashisa ni kawatteyuku
kitto
きっと

* Kanashimi ni makenaide massugu ni ashita wo miteite
Hitori ja nai daremo minna kanaeru negai ga aru
ashita no kaze wa kitto yasashii kaori wo tsuretekuru
yakusoku da yo donna toki mo kitto kimi no soba ni iru

Kotoba de wa ienai hodo tsunotteku omoi ga aru
Deai wa itsumo totsuzen hibiku tane no ne no you ni yattekuru
Kimi ga te ni shita subete ga ashita e tsunagareba ii dakara

Kanashimi ni sayoonara hitomi tojite soshite waratte
Wasurerarenai omoidedachi sukoshi zutsu dakishimete
tatoe tookuhanarete mo itsumo kimi dake ni inoru kara
kimi ga arukumichi no ue ni hana ga sakimasu you ni

Hoshizora wo miagee nagara mihatenu yume oikakete
Itsuka kaze ni naru motto jiyuu ni

Rpt *

Aitai to omou kara itsudemo koe ga kikitai kara
sugisateyuku kisetsu ni ima arigatou to ieru yo

here's a quick translation for it, just because i love this song and was bored :P (btw, there were some minor errors in the transliteration)

there are many nights where I want to cry alone
during this endless journey, anyone will see a dream

always believing in something then losing something
I embraced you
the number of tears shed turn into kindness
for sure

*don't lose to sadness and just look straight into tomorrow
you're not alone, everyone has wishes they want to make true
tomorrow's wind will surely bring a kind scent
it's a promise, I'll always be right by your side

many feelings that can't be said in words pile up
on a night when the cold wind embraces me, I change loneliness to strength
meetings come like the bell that rings suddenly
I hope that everything you grasp will connect to tomorrow, so

saying good bye to sadness, close your eyes and laugh
holding onto the memories I can't forget little by little
even if we're separated I'll always pray for you
so that flowers will be blooming on the path you'll take

looking up at the starry sky, we chase for the unseen dream and
will become the wind someday to be more free

repeat *

because I want to see you and hear your voice
I can say thank you to the passing season
-----

Oh, and yasashii and yasashisa doesnt always mean 'kind' or 'kindness', as my Japanese friend pointed out. So I dont think kind and kindness is suitable to be used in this song. I think yasashii is a word that is hard to translate into English because it encompass meanings that you cant properly translate. For me, yasashii can mean gentle and easy, as well as kind, but there are ideas that are unique to Japanese and Chinese lingual culture.
