Changes between anime and manga
|
Have you ever watched an anime that was completely different from it's manga counterpart? :O I know there are a lot like this. The best example I can think of right now is the Violinist of Hameln. I know I mention this anime/manga way too much. XD;; But hey, it's true. The anime and manga are way off from each other. Not only is the mood different, but even the characters' personalities are changed -- especially Hamel's, and that's not right, since he's the main character. XD The manga is filled with jokes, even some of the serious parts have little puns and bits of humor stuffed in. In the anime, however, everything is very serious, and rather dark. There's only a tiny bity of humor, most of it in a certain two episodes out of the whole twenty five... Not to mention, the humor is much much more lame than what you see in the manga. XD That's the best example I can think of. o o; Do you know any more like this? ^^; |

In Dragon Ball Z In the Namekian Saga, in the anime Dodoria kill the namekian kid next to Dende, but in the manga is Freezer itsel that kill that boy. In Saint Seiya the story in the manga is better than the anime, explian more things than the anime
Live by honor, kill by stealth

In Fullmetal Alchemist manga, Ed is already a state alchemist by the time he meets the Life-Sewing Alchemist, Shou Tucker. In the anime, he's still studying to become a State Alchemist by that point. |

its usually just the animation and story that changes... sometimes they add/remove chars or events in the series... Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |
