| Wow, you found Chaos (FF1) hard? He was easy compared to the two bosses (Omega and Shinryu) in the Lifespring Grotto extra dungeon. Those guys were so hard I had to restart several times before I killed them. =/ |

The Miasma, from FF: Crystal Chronicles... ack, that guy was tough... ._.; But only final battles count? Abyssion on mania mode (Tales of Symphonia) is a remarkable boss enemy... o.O

| Oh yeah, I totally agree with Blitz. ^_^ Vergil-sama is so hard to beat, even in Normal mode. Last fight = dead fingers. =P |

Chrono Trigger - Lavos (Especially the last 2 stages of his form where you cannot configure your characters in between the battles. Also I found it close to impossible beating him with low level characters) Diablo 2 - Diablo (almost impossible to beat without getting pulverised a few times. He becomes even more powerful if you got more people to help you. I'd always use the town portal though to escape back and forth to recharge :P)  |

Lavos was a bastard. I beat him once, and have never been able to repeat it... Also, Melbu Frahma from Legend of Dragoon. Mostly because the battle is long as hell. |

I have to agree with Aozame... The fight against Melbu Frahma took me a lifetime... That fool kept transforming like an idiot...  |

| Legia 2 was the eziest RPG I've ever played IMO, since you can literally BUY invincibility potions and then use like those materia thingys to convert all your defense to offense and attack non-stop with combos. I killed the first form of the last boss in 1 round, and his 2nd form in 3 rounds. Eziest... game....EVER! |

I never fought him myself, but on FFVIII, was a boss called Omega Weapon I think, and he had some ridiculously tough moves... The way my brother beat him was to get Selphie to use that really rare overdrive thingy called "The End".  |

| Last bosses aren't usually hard for some reason, their usually made so easy like they were meant to be beaten, I find that its always some super side or optional boss thats tough, like Freya from SO3 I mean 60 million hp thats ridiculous or Abyssion from Tales of symphonia, he might not be that hard with a high level raine in your party but with you pecking at him at 100 damage and hes blasting away with 1000+ your in for a long battle unless you somehow miraculously manage to poison him with Toss Hammer but admit it colette sucks. |

I think the hardest final battle for me is Star Ocean: Second Story or SO2 or (the Tales of Sulfur Dioxide! ^_^ ). the Fight with Lucio was so hard for me...  ^_^v PEACE OUT! |

| the hardest battle for me had to be Final Fantasy VIII.... four freaking transformations.... it took me forever to finally beat that boss. Even with Holy Wars and Lionheart it took me a while to beat it.... i just wish i could start out with my main party and not characters i DON'T use. |

haha Vince. it's really easy if you think about it. Firstly you have to make sure that you get all the magic you need for junctions, if at all. Like say for example, having Pain into your status-attack helps a whole lot. And make sure you beat every monster there is in Ultemecia's Castle. You'll need all the help you can get. If you spawn with the characters you don't use, kill them straightaway. IIRC it takes a turn or two before an angel appears to take them away, but it'll make sure that you at least have your perfect party by the end of the first fight. By right, the only form that should give you any headavhes at all is Griever, who can cast doom and literally smacks you in the face. Everything else is just throwing sand into your eyes. Not even Shockwave Pulsar, Gravija (sic?) or Hell's Judgement should faze you. In fact, you better pray hard you get Hell's Judgement as the True Ultemecia's first move. Getting sufficient Holy Wars isn't a problem with rare item refining and card refining. In fact, it only took 6 Holy Wars on my part. As for which characters to use, I'd personally recommend Squall and Rinoa. The final slot is a tough toss between Zell and Irvine. Squall's Lionheart is his obvious passport here. Rinoa because Angelo has that move (can't remember the name) that does many hits. I think it's called Shooting Star or something like that. Now for the 2 dudes. Zell is good if you remember all his combo sequences that lead to My Final Heaven, and if you're damn sure that you ahve a good chance of getting 15 seconds for his limit break. Irvine simply because Fast Shot kicks ass. Big Time. Personally none of his other shots match up for a boss fight. Simply put, Irvine's damage potential is much much more than Zell's as long as you've got sufficient ammunition. Zell's got more stamina. Your call on that one. Just my two cents :)

hardest... hmm... i probably know the weakest... FFX final boss battle was such an easy battle... My hardest Final Battle... hmm... can't say... played a lot of games... and can't remember... Star Ocean:The 2nd Story... yeah... Now that guy is a pain... Tales of Eternia 2: with just a limited space to move... and a special almost near impossible to dodge... you gotta time it just right to counter the spell FFVII-- I... had a bit of a hard time with Sephiroth... (probably beacuse I fought him 5-10 lvls lower than the recommended levels... and dont have the lvl4 limit breaks lol) FFVIII-- the final battle is easy (thanks to the oh so "Friendly" Aura spell and right junctions) FFIX-- the random stat effects can be a REAL pain... without the proper equips... and some luck FFX-- oh please... that "tick" boss? (i didnt rely on my GFs thats why they were so easy to beat) FFX-2 -- first time... yeah... maybe a bit on the hard side.. 2nd time... not really... 3rd time... no prob with the right dressspheres) Legend of Legaia 1 - annoying with the first encounter... but when you learn to use Spirit at the right moment he charges up.. he's a pushover... (especially if you have a high lvl orb spell for each char...) Legend of Legaia 2 - ZZZzzzz (the first one was better...)  Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |

A game from wayyyy back... Kintaro from Mortal Kombat II!!! (very hard difficulty) (actually the pre shao kahn battle) The guy is so cheap it's not even funny... |
