Naruto is licensed,what happens 2 the fanclubs?

...When iI found out Naruto was already licensed by CN ( WHICH I DESPISE) won't they take down the fanclubs? 'cuz I thought when they're licensed they loose the ability to release the raw/original (or subbed) episodes? is that true? anyone know?

| even though licensed, there some fansub groups out there who have gone rogue and decides to keep fansubbing Naruto. www.gotwoot.net is one of them and so is downloadanime.org, they have torrents for Naruto from those rogue fansubs. |

| I even emailed those bloody anime distributing companies complaining about their licensing anime as it comes out of JP tv, and to best of my knowledge, they never responded. Those bloody a#$wipes. |
