Well, later this month DDR Extreme 2 and DDR Ultramix 3 are comming out, so after that I would expect development to start on a new arcade. Extreme is becomming a little dated. But as far as the end of DDR, never. They are still producing the series, even if not in the form of a new arcade machine. |

Actually, I just found out that, as far as I can tell, Konami actually HAS decided not to produce any more arcade versions of DDR and is going all console from now on. There is a new japanese console release in the works called DDR Strike. Who knows what this is but it has new songs and stuff so look forward to it's stateside release. (Sorry to get your hopes up with my ignorance) |
