Namco X Capcom: Are you Satisfied?

Did you like the game?

Are you happy that they only released a Japanese version?

A fate that is also similar to Countless Super Robot War Titles?

I'd love to see a US release for it, but sadly its not very likely. I had a chance to pick up the import at last otakon but playing a RPG in a different language is not my idea of a good time.

Tekken would win!!!! It the best! Ken versus Heihachi. It had better come out here (in the uk). I thought I saw a listing of it on play...maybe not..

actually... its not a fighting game... its sorta like... FF tactics...
kinda neat because some sounds have been remastered, Characters from namco and capcom has team ups abilities... and a nice theme song...

quite a pity that it does look boring to others...
but fans of the companies should check it out...
You never know who will appear next in the game...

(They planned a 200+ character line up for both companies...)

I was so sure the game would get a US release, yet it's SRW all over again >_<. I may import it later on, though Sengoku Basara is higher on my list. By the way Lu Bu, I believe the song was posted on Gamefaqs a while ago. The topic is most certainly gone by now, however someone there might have it. It's in WMA format if that's any problem.

Edit: Nevermind, I know we are supposed to request here but I wasn't sure about links ^_^. Since it's not against the rules afterall;

i like the game , although Super Robot Wars had more interesting gameplay, there's a few thing i didn't like in NxC , example like when you attack enemy , enemy can't do auto counterattack just like SRW , and vice versa, and 1 more thing.....you can't escape from enemies attack , only can defend , or counter with cost AP. So agility based character is useless in here, only having a fast next turn.

btw , nice link , although im more like piano version of Wonderful New World.

kid these days doesn't know the difference between "true anime" and "anime for marketing purpose"

I got the Japanese version when it came out. It was ok. The moment I saw trailors I knew it had no chance in hell of coming to the U.S. After playing it, it has countless of obscure characters I never heard of and I consider myself an avid import gamer. Plus, all my friends who went to E3 talked to the Namco and Capcom people and they didn't know what they were talking about.

Anyway, Japanese is not even required to play this game. It's really a simple game to play and it's pretty much fan service (not that kind of fan service). However, I give this game major points for its all star seiyuu cast.

i use my agi chars to get the items on the maps... and usually just assist in attacking...

Yes... they really make this a good game for the fans because of its huge line up and good voice casting

Yeah, it's not a fighting game. I don't know any fighting game that has 70+ characters or so. It also features some characters from other rpgs and other genres like Khlona, Valkyrie, Arthur and so on. It's a really bad ass game. But it only get a moderate review from famitsu (28/40). Even so, the game was selling like hot cakes in Japan.

If anyone here doesn't understand Japanese, I'm pretty you'll really like it for the music, fan service gameplay, and the all star seiyuu cast.

Been wondering... Is there an actual "full" version of the OP song... every download leads to a 2:30+ mp3... kinda annoying...
