| I dont knwo if its illegal or not but you can still make donations to Gendou which we all should because hes the one who brought the anime music to us. |

well I tried to, but I'm sorry, honestly it was so long for the pages to appear, and I had re-do it 3 times before I could complete all the questions, and when I finished, it just said that I had been too long... I just gave up. I don't have adsl (is that the same in english?) so I can't spend to much time on the internet... I'm sorry, I'll try again another day...

according to law (this is just US law however) as long as Gendou has given specific instructions to delete all files within 24 hours or suffer punishment, which he has done, it is considered legal provided that he actually does crack down on people whom he knows have broken the rules. this is why i try to help keep this site legal by following the rules.

i wouldnt know the rules, considering that this is my first day here, but whts to know?? Its all common sense; dont cuss, dont make fun of people, dont hack, and i think no chatting, and no advertising....
i live for the music, not for you.....

It's legal for 24 hours, if you get my meaning. If you don't, read this: "All mp3 files are for evaluation purposes only. Music downloaded from this website must be deleted after 24 hours. This website is here to provide samples of songs, not to replace the need to buy CDs. If you like the song, support the artist and buy the CD! I have made an effort to include author and album information for this reason." |

Well, first, this website does not host any music sample files that has known domestic copyright issues (Dragonball, Inu Yasha, etc...), and second, it does not host any entire albums in that sense, just various tracks by different artists which are intended to be used for sampling, to generate interest in imported music and artists that are not available domestically, which is why it is more of a database of files with what artist and album they are from; As D3WEY mentioned below: "All mp3 files are for evaluation purposes only.
