I not sure who Tokyo Jihen are, but http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/ has some of their CDs for sale. I've ordered with CDJapan before and the service and delivery time was great.

Wow. This thread sure is OLD. Sorry for reviving this. I feel I had to. XD

On to the topic: I LOVE Tokyo Jihen. And Shiina Ringo of course. XP

Sheer talent best describes the band.
Their music is so diverse; you can't judge them by just listening to one song, single, or even album alone
(yeah, even their 3 albums differ from each other, in terms of style I think).

Its amazing how the music of each band member fuses wonderfully with the whole band,
not to mention Ringo's vocals+guitar+looks. XDD

Yep, they're pretty awesome, like a fusion of jazz and punk rock and original stuff. My fave song by them is Shuraba, hands down.

They're a unique band. They're good..although some people don't like Shiina's voice..

but still, I love how most J-rock bands have mixed style just like Tokyo Jihen

Awesome. ;D

Mot probably some people don't like Shiina's shrieks XD
I think its just her style; she can always sing 'normally,' but that doesn't add much excitement to the band.

She can always sing laid-back songs like 'Karada' here (audio only):

Hard rock: 'Himitsu'
