Question about FMA Japanese version
|
I checked the seiyuu list, Japanese and American, on animenewsnetwork.com, and it seemed like a lot of the male characters were seiyuu-ed by girls. My question is, do they do a good job? (haven't seen the anime, and right now don't have any resources to) Particularly Paku Romi (Ed) and Yamaguchi Mayumi (Envy)? I was originally indignant when I found out that Ed's seiyuu was a girl, but I've heard Paku Romi sing (Returnable Memories - love that song), and it sounded like she'd be fine. |

There are many popular anime bishonens' voice dubbed by a female seiyuu. For example Ms Kaidah Yuki seiyuu for: Fuji (Tenipuri), Kurapika, Songoku (Saiyuki Patalliro) Ms Minagawa Junko - Ryoma (Tenipuri),Joshua (Chrono Crusade), Shuugo (Hack), Ryuoh (Tsubasa Chronicle) Ms Takauchi Junko - Uzumaki Naruto (Naruto), Gon (HxH) Ms Hisakawa Aya - Yuuki (Furuba) Ms Paku Romi - Edward Elric (FMA), Tao Ren (Shaman King), Heimdall (Metantei Loki) And of course there are more talented Japanese female seiyuus doing a great job on dubbing male anime characters. So, please rest assure. Ja mata ne, mi-chan

Um...this's sorta random...but she wouldn't happen to be related to Ogata Kouji, would she? (He's my favorite manga-ka). Sorry, that's just what came to mind when I saw that name...meep... |
