Don't you just hate it when someone tells you that an Anime/Manga guy or gal you think is hot is "just a drawing"? That annoys me to no end. They may be a drawing, but they sure are hot!!!

No, I hate it when they say that they are just a cartoon! GRRRRR. Here's my logic in crushing on anime dudes: I'm EQUALLY as likely to meet Howl in person as I am to meet Johnny Depp. Howl is much more attractive.  Diciples of the Greyhound |

Very annoyed...i've seen so many hot anime characters and people always just say that. and my stupid art teacher had the nerve to call anime a "manga cartoon"

*sigh* Unfortunately, people, they ARE just drawings... Albeit relatively cute ones too. But people should respect how we like them, shouldn't they?

i just hate it!!! My crush (real person) once said it to me.. that "why are so attracted to that? it's just a drawing!" i was so turned-off... argh!!! if my anime crushes are real... i wouldn't have had a crush on him!!!   |

You can't blame em... we have different hobbies that others might not understand... you should just not pay any attention to what those kinds of people are saying... heck I once experienced someone telling me that "why are you listening to anime but you can't understand it?" i replied: "Why are you singing the theme to Meteor Garden if you can't even understand it as well...?" The stuff Piccaso, Michangelo, Donatelo, Leonardo, and the other ninja turtle made are just drawings too. And I wonder which drawings look better. The point is yes they are drawings, but they are as much an artform or more than any other art out there.  Jomunga eats your avatars. |

Yep different people different point of view. Just ignore em and settles back to our fantasy land. Coz anime are not just anime but an inspiration that reflects our daily life, but if you get too into fantasy, you'll not be able to see the reality.I think we should sometimes balance ourselves a bit ~_~ Life could be easy and it could be hard. A year ago, I was too into anime, I stuck myself inside my room for days and filled myself into the world of anime. My parents get worried about me and I knew it, thus, I tried to pull myself outta it ^_^ Now I'm just me. Anime could be extremely contagious to some people ja mata ne, mi-chan

yeah I hate when people saw they are 'cartoons'... theres a HUGE difference between anime and cartoons.... and anime guys are hot most of the time lol... I don't care what people say about it when I talk about it, because all of my friends think anime guys are hot, and if you could imagine what a certain character would look like in real life, you know you'd want to like, date them or something lol..... so, yeah.... |

too true...diff people, diff opinion...but...what can i say?? people who say animes and mangas are just drawing...*sigh*...what are they thinking?? "just drawing"...they're really joking...look at how handsome, attractive, gorgeous they are! seriously! well...i really cannot express how deep my passion for anime and manga...but to those who say "they are just drawing"...take a closer look at them!! they are more than just that! ^_^
