I'm no good with the names of particular songs in Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny. I'm sure lots of other people are like this, so I'm opening this topic so that people can help out with this (if they want to). To start, I'm really wondering about the songs which Lacus sings. She's really good, but I don't know what the names to her songs are. Can someone help me with this? I especially wish to know about the song she sings in the old theatre in Episode 36 of Gundam Seed.

I know of two songs Lacus sings, and I'll list the episodes she sings them in. In the Quiet Night (Shizukana Yoruni): Episode 7. Token of Water (Mizu no Akashi): Episode 36. There are probably more than I have named. These are just the two I know off the top of my head. And In the Quiet Night is much better than Token of Water in my opinion. However, whichever one you like is up to you, and no one else.
Don't make fun of it, don't destroy it, don't cheapen it.

Thanks for the help, Kyo. I should note that it may be preferable to give the name according to what the song is called on this site, just so that its easier to find. In any case, I'm looking for another song. It's usually played when the Destiny Gundam is engaged in extreme battle. It plays once in episode 38, and again in episode 45. The song has a bit of background chanting, which is what I find makes it really good. If anyone knows the name of that song, would you mind saying what it is?

You guys didn't answer my previous question. I'm looking for the song that plays during episode 38 and 45, when the Destiny Gundam is engaged in battle. In episode 38, it starts just before the Destiny engages the Destroys, and in 45, it plays when Requiem is preparing to fire a second shot. If anyone knows the name of this song, can you please tell me?

i don't think he's referring any of the insert songs. I think he's talking about the theme music that destiny and legend always launch to. (the instrumental song) I'm wondering what that song is called also. |

Yeah, it plays when they launch (i think), but where I remember it from is when Shinn goes SEED at Heaven's Base before engaging the Destroy Gundams. That's where I remember it from. If anyone knows the name for that, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me.

Sorry to bother you guys but... I'm looking for this insert song that was played in Gundam Seed... It's when Cagalli's father self destructed the Orb base... *Sobs* So sad the song... But what's sadder is that i didn't catch the title... Thanks tons!!! |

I'm still looking for the song I requested earlier, but I'm glad to see that people are using this topic. If at all possible, would someone mind completing my request? The song I'm looking for plays when the Destiny is engaged in battle. It has a lot of chanting in the background, which is how I recognize it. I have earlier times for when it plays. I would like a name, though.

I'm guessing here but is it 執念ã®ä¸€æ’ƒ (spiteful blow) by ä½æ©‹ä¿Šå½¦ Sahashi Toshihiko? It has quite a large portion with a male voice (that has operatic tenor feel) singing something unintelligible tt sounds like latin. Unfortunately I've deleted my collection of GSD anime files so I can't check. |
