I have a file called shnlog.exe, and I've done research on it, and found it's a BAD file to have, only I can't delete it or quarantine it. Plus, my VirusScan won't seem to find it... How do I kill it!?  |

I got a trogan virus before some months ago. My dad tryed to delete it, but couldn't get it all gone before it came back. He ended up wipeing my computer clean & reinstalling everything again. I wish I know there was a site to go to. B/c i still have some MP3s I can't find agian. But atleast there on a disc, even thow can never put it into my computer again, but that is what a MP3 player is for, I guess. I hope you don't have to do, what my dad had to do.
