Bahamut is actually a gigantic fish, which lives under the deepest crevices of the ocean. He was transformed into a dragon because D&D labelled him as "The Platinum Dragon" and "Deity of Dragons". Final Fantasy later popularized the dragon form of Bahamut. Bahamut is Arabic. (Moded) More info on him Bahamut, according to Edgerton Sykes' Who's Who of Non-Classical Mythology, is "The enormous fish on which stands Kujara, the giant bull, whose back supports a rock of ruby, on the top of which stands an angel on whose shoulders rests the earth, according to Islamic myth. well bahamut also appeared in MU Online... as a fish. anyways i like the dragon form bahamut, its our all time favourite non-elemental damage trasher :D |
