maaya's new album?

has anyone heard 'yunagi loop' and is willing to give impressions? i held back on getting it, because youko kanno wasn't doing the music :-( but so far, the reviews have been BAD........ |

| I have it... It's not her best album, and, of course, don't expect something as good as what yoko Kanno did, but if you like the voice of Maaya, you will not be disapointed. And there is still several songs that is likeable ("Unison", "Loop", "Tsuki to Hashiri nagara"...). |

i still think the album is still nice....i mean...it's maaya!!! regardless of the composer....i guess....

I have all the Maaya's album, and compared to Shounen Alice, it's VERY different.I prefer "Shounen Alice" a lot. I assume the new composer tried to copy what Yoko Kanno did in the past, but... But, like kirikus said, the voice of Maaya is GORGEOUS : it's just that she is not used correctly... Sorry for my bad english... ;) |

Hmm.. I understand how you feel.. It's not the same without Yoko Kanno! But I guess maaya-san just trying to do new things.. that's a progress, right?

Really??...mmmmmmm.... I love Maaya. But i can't buy her discs here (Argentina) and I don't find where download some tracks... I was trying with Kazaa, but I always find her Anime's songs.....

because most of her album contains her anime's songs if you use bittorrent you can go to www.tokyotosho.com to find all kinds of japanese media like anime, jap. drama, manga, j-pop, anime OST, etc. But it's mostly anime, j-pop, anime OST though

around 6 to 7 since i saw "Maaya Sakamoto 6 album pack" in tokyotosho, i click on it but i think there's more....
