Since he is a clone of Raww Le Cruz who is a clone of Mwu La Flaga's father who is a natural if I am not wrong?

Any person that is genetically engineered is a "coordinator" and Rey za Burrel is a clone of Raww Le Klueze. Rey does have Coordinator abilities as well. |

i think i've mentioned before SEED is like a next step in human evolution, similar to Newtype power. Note that NOT ALL coordinators have SEED. So, Rey is a "Newtype" much like Mwu Lla Flaga, since Rey is also a clone of Rau Le Creuse who is the clone of Mwu's father. Rey is a clone, natural newtype. Apparantly, in cosmic era universe, newtypes are considered as natural, since newtypes are naturally evolved group of people unlike coordinators whose genes are altered.

@ godslayer coordinators do not have special 'powers' except maybe the exceptionally great power to think and perform in great ways. if you're talking about seed, seed is just an evolution thing and it doesn't really matter if you're a natural or coordinator to have this ability. | I don't think he should be considered as one since he was cloned from Cruz who was cloned from a Natural. Hence, I would consider him as a natural with extraordinary powers. |

If anything Rey is more like those experimental children like Stellar and them. But no since he's a clone of a clone he's considered natural because there was no alteration in his genes to make him a coordinator. As for SEED, well that's something special that appears in both coordinator and naturals alike. But yea Rey is definately a natural!
