Hatred
|
Where does hatred begin? I believe there is no reason for violence ever. A common counter-argument for this is that people have to defend themselves. Why do those people have to defend themselves in the first place? Why is their hatred and cruelty in the world? Will there be an end? |

I have the exact same feeling as you, Josh. I can see not liking something, but just plain hatred I do see any need for. |
Re: Hatred
|
there won't be an end to hatred as long as human lives. hatred is connected from many things to one point, where the conclusion is hatred. jealousy is a good example, so is anger, and sadness. they link to one another, but all ends up in that unclean word. i hate you people. see? |
Re: Hatred
|
I would say that hatred as in any feeling is linked to previous experiences directly or indirectly. For example if someone does something that you find displeasing in any way you will associate that person with that feeling - if they continue to do things that are not to your liking then eventually when you see said person you will automatically have a negative reaction to them. Hatred is going on to be a more extreme version of this. OK.. so this is a simplified reasoning of this. But also on the same not if you are told bad things about someone or something enough times that you have no experience of the same thing will happen - to what degree depends on the person. |

I live with hate, the hate of my brother and father. You think you know what hate is? You want to read about hate? Then read this all the way through then come back here and we can discuss it. |

I have learned that only recently. You have to have a little and to focus it. I don't like to admit to hate only I have both, all for Harry and his interference. |
Re: Hatred
|
hate exists because some people in this world like to piss me off like this noob in my class. that is all. |
Re: Hatred
|
could you imagine a world without hatred? It would be very scary. Ex: kid-" i strongly disagree with your ugly purse" kid2-"thanks" kid"your welcome" Some of our greatest inventions have come out of hatred. The light bulb came to use because that scientist (dont remeber his name doh!) had strong feelings of hatred towards the other scientist whom was about to blow his theory of lighting places without candles. So in short it is better to ,make up, then repeat then not at all |
Re: Hatred

Fear breeds hatred. Someone or something you fear turns to hatred after much brooding. |
Re: Hatred
|
Not only does fear breed hatred but so does jealousy. Jealousy is what some people say is actually hatred but i think that it is one of many prephases to hatred. Fear being a prephase as well. |
Re: Hatred

I thought the same thing but it takes too long for me to form my thoughts into intelligible comments. |
Re: Hatred

as long as we humans exist there will always be hatred, sadness, jelousy, etc. all of these things are created by us, by our mind. so until we seize to exist this things will go on. (dont think i made any sense) |
Re: Hatred
|
It made sense to me and is a valid point, we do create our own hates and loves. Anyone else here not like the names they gave emotions because they get a lot of them that are only expressable by body language or unintelligible noises? For me this happens a lot. |
Re: Hatred
|
i know how that goes. it happens to me too and to my imoto. i think it happens to everyone. |

You don't understand what hate is. Fear and jealousy don't always lead to hate. Hate can be taught as easily addition or subtraction and it can infect strong minds as well as the weak. It's easy because people find it easy to be cruel and the find it easy to not to accept or care and that it is easier than trying to understand. It takes too much to love because it means to give up, to share, part of yourself with others. Hate doesn't need to be shared it can live on it's own. The problem is that those who hate feel they have to share it with everyone else and to make it a part of our lives whether we want it or not. It can be difficult not to give in to hate and after 22 years of love and peace it wants my attention again. I cannot, must not, give in to the hate that is my family's inheritance. I am angry at the treatment I am receiving from my brother, angry at being involved in something I want nothing to do with and I know anger leads to hate. I am frightened and insecure and that leads to hate. I am no longer at peace because someone who is 8,000 miles away and whom I haven't seen in 22 years has invaded that peace with his hate. It has been a very bad since last Thursday and right now I want to be loved and to make love. Ranger has said I can have as much as I want. It has been so long ince I have felt this kind of hate. Be nice to me, love me, please, because I can no longer stand the hate. *tears* Ranger I just came in and found Rin crying and I read her post. she's had a tough time over the last few weeks and I don't see and end to it in the near future. Little girl, I love you and it's time for you to be in bed. Now if I can get her socks off the rest is easy. Good! she smiled. Rin I'm sorry, I really am to sensitive. I shall leave this post so you can see what hate can do to people. He may have my socks and I am going to let him put me to bed. My love to you all. Goodnight my you have plesant dreams. |

Couldn't you just ignore him? If you ignore him, he might give up and leave you alone. And hate, it's like... A city. A city that runs entirely on it's own materials and natural resources. Of course, no city has a full range of every known material. So we have another city, a city of love. It starts out really small, but after a while it's exports and imports grow and grow, and it turns into a thriving and bustling metropolis. Sure, at first it was small and worthless, but a little more and a little more, and help from others make it a huge paradise. And the little hate city started fairly sized, and it will stay fairly sized because it cares too much about nothing. Hope this wasn't too corny and/or not understandable, but you probably get the point. "Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate... Leads to suffering." -Yoda :P |

"Will there be an end?"qouted by Josh Of course there wil be an end. All you have to do is bottle up all the anger and hatred in you deep into your heart and continue to compress it, making sure it would never come out. You may be psycologically damaged but who cares. Nah just kidding, as you already know, jealousy, fear, etc can lead to hatred, but once you fix your problems(Jealousy, fear, whatever) or confront it, you may be able to stop it in its track from becoming blind hatred. Or you can change the way you think like fear before you express that hatred onto others. |
