Take someone's life? Even if it's the last person I want to see alive... I wouldn't allow myself to turn into something I always stood against (killing people). I'm too much of a pacifist for that. I can still beat that person to a pulp if I had to right? |
Re: could you do it?

Yeah you might as well, you know teach em a lesson, but seriously that could make them end up taking your life. I don't even think i could kill someone in a war.I used to believe killing could solve a lot of your problems when i was 6 until i got 14, i was kinda sadistic as a kid and young teenager. |

Ahh, you know the funny thing is I hadn't thought about war. If I were to be in a war and killed someone and have a burdening feeling about killing, I'm definetely not suited for war. |
Re: could you do it?

Given the right circumstances yes I believe I could. Still Nas puts its right,"But everybody's different, you won't know how you react til you in that position, and that's an actual fact" |
Re: could you do it?

True, no one can honestly answer that situation with how they are now. Would you do premeditated killing though? Could you think about it for days and then take down your target? |
Re: could you do it?

If they destroyed my entire livelihood then yes. I would hunt them down, stare them right in the eyes, and end their life with my bare hands. |

I don't have problem with it. I've been in war and done my share of killing both from te air and with a rifle in my hands. I was also involved in a shootout once as a Ranger. Rin was attacked outside the Alamo once about 11 years ago. I almost killed the both of them with a maglite and my bare hands. It is unfortunate that Milady wound up covered in so much blood at least it wasn't hers. I have no problem killing someone if it's justified. |
Re: could you do it?

But could there have been other ways than hurting them even though they were doing wrong? I wasn't there so i'm not sure but i think waving the weapon a little could of scared them off. I guess i'm a little like Vash believing in the alternative. On the other hand not all instances can be solved by peace like WWI and WWII. |

Just don't threaten harm to me or the people I care about and I'll have no quarrels. Unless they mean to harm others for only the reason of their own advancement then I'll still mess them up. |

if that person is completely evil...then he/she should die... |
Re: could you do it?

Really? If that person could be saved although he/she might have done something horrible, is it not worth it? |

I do not believe that decision for life or death is ours to make. However, if it were between my death or someone else's death, I suppose my survival instinct would activate, and I would fight. However, I could never join the military. I deeply appreciate those who do that job for me. |

Oh dear, this is not good tonight. Windy they were trying to rape me. They had torn most of my clothes off and I can't defend myself. It was the the worst experience of my life and I was glad Ranger was there to do what he did. I don't condone his actions, however I... There were two of them I don't think he would have been able to save me without a weapon. |

This is where I would play judge and quickly. If I think killing them would save future people from having to deal that person then yes. If I let them live who knows what they might do in the future. The eviler the person, the more brutal and all the more fun I would have doing it. I enjoy smiting evil. If I think a savage beating is enough, and they'll learn from it and become a good person, then they can live. However I usually judge people as option one. However this only applies to guys. I would never kill women. Even if it meant my life. And I don't wanna hear about this equal rights crap. |

I have trouble even punching someone... I really hate hurting others... Although, on Halo 2, after I kill someone I momentarily melee their body a few times and pump it full of shotgun shells... It's fun doing that in games, not real life though... |

That is why you always carry heat with you whenever possible. I take advantage of my second amendment rights and I do at every opportunity. I love my 50 caliber IMI Desert Eagle and I pratice at the targeting range with a passion. I am completely against unjustified killing of people, but that's why god gave criminals arms and legs too, so you could shoot those first and if they don't give up then you 1)blow them off completely with something like I carry or 2) kill them. When it's a kill or be killed situation, you have to understand, if you hesitate when you can take action, you'll be the one six feet under, not the other person who should be. I have a strange ability of being able to cancel out all thought in my mind if I need to, so I wouldn't think about if it's right to kill someone or not while I'm in that situation. Most people probably couldn't do that without some "training". In short, If you threaten my life or my friends or my family's lives, you better believe if you don't step down then you won't walk away without a bullet in you somewhere, or a nasty concussion from where I hit you with a blunt object (usually a steel pipe). P.S. I have had guns pointed at me before with bad intentions.
Beware the quiet people,
You don't know their intentions

What is it with the Desert Eagle? I've fired them and I find it's not that good, it fires an underpowered round for a .50, has a slow rate of fire, jams and is built on a stamped metal frame that other models use. The Eagle frame comes in calibres from .357-.50. the factory says you can even inter change parts on thwe various frames with each other. If you want a .50 try this. The S&W .500. Fifty cal magnum. This is the most powerful handgun in the world. Ricks Gunshop has one for sale $600US but Rin won't let me buy it. she says one .50 is enough. GentleWind let me ask what you would do if you were being attacked and raped. Would deadly force be acceptable to you then? This is not a right or wrong answer, it is one of personal defense. h4xor dude you wrote, "I am completely against unjustified killing of people, but that's why god gave criminals arms and legs too, so you could shoot those first". In a combat situation the last thing you're thinking about is wounding someone. Here are the rules of combat with fire arms. Draw and shoot first. Do not ask questions. Do not hesitate. And last but not least in the words of Star Treks Capt Kirk, "We come in peace, shoot to kill". The bikers wanted a little piece of Rin, I got a big piece of them. |

Could I do it? yeah. There are just some things I cannot allow to go on. The powerful often seek to subdue, push around, and have their way with those weaker than them. Sometimes they go too far and something must be done. I'd probably get so pissed off I wouldn't even stop to think about some peaceful, non-violent ideal. Of course I wouldn't want to. And fortunately I haven't been put in the position to make the decision. |
