"Scientific Expert" Kotuso asks:How come when you spin around in a chair really fast with your eyes closed you're still dizzy when you open them? What is being dizzy?

I think it has something to do with a balance of pressure in your ears. By spinning rapidly, pressure is constantly distorted and a feeling of dizziness ensues. I think.
If not, it could also be that by spinning, blood is propelled extra fast through the body, but mostly toward the head...until the blood flow stabilizes, a feeling of dizziness remains.

There's some sort of liquid inside your ears, and if you spin a bottle of water, the water will keep spinning after you stopped. The liquid in your ears controls your balance... I think...

Ya, your sense of balance is controlled by your inner ear. So by spinning real fast, it re-adjusts to balance your body while it is spinning. Then when you stop, it takes a little while to adjust itself back.

By the way, spinning in a computer chair with your eyes closed is mindless fun.
