oh man, do i miss the nintendo games... super mario bros., paper boy, dig dug, and back to the future were some of the games i remember playing on the original nes. when snes came out i was stuck on street fighter and mario world. when the genisis came out i was hooked on aladdin and the sonic games. i've started replaying super mario 3. my boyfriend got me a nintendo ds for christmas and it was the first game i bought for it. i haven't been able to put it down. i never did get to finish the original game. oh yeah, and can't forget about tetris on game boy. |

My favorite retro game that I still play to this day is Bubble Bobble. I heard Target sells a full arcade machine filled with old Taito games. I saw the Atari one displayed and it was pretty righteous.

I was in Gamespot the other day and I found a collection of oldschool games like Bubble Bobble, Rainbow Islands, Kung Fu Kids, and alot of my favs, and it was only 20 dollars! And sadly, I have Bubble Bobble on my GBA, as well as Golden Axe (the greatest action game EVER!). Now I feel old =X Marse Hughes |

I have MAME32 at home with about all the original rom's (more or less), about 3000 games. And my favorite games (not just favorite retro games but REALLY favorite games) are Last Blade I & II (probably the BEST 2D fighting games EVER. 2nd place holds Guilty Gear XX. (in fighting games, that is.) )

Golden Axe is on GBA!? How could I miss that!? Its one of my fav games of all time! I'll have to be on the look out for that. I got the Taito classics on PS2 as well, and it reminded my why I loved Bubble Bobble so much! Marse Hughes |
