Some help about download.

last time i don't have this problem. now using firefox, i save link as the faq said, but instead of a mp3, i saved a .php file instead, like instance, dl.php. need some help here.  |

well mine's the latest... could it be something to do with my settings? well ok i downloaded it in "dl.php" form. but i need to rename it myself and change the extension myself. |

I just delete the name before I start downloading it, and save it as "Air - Tori no Uta" or whatever the song is from, and it works fine for me.  |

My server gives a filename "Hint" using HTTP headers. If those headers are incorrect or incompatible with the latest version of firefox, i was unaware of the fact. I will do some tests and hopefully identify the problem soon.

ok, i have think i fixed the problem for firefox. let me know wether or not it works now.

well if i put Save Link As, its still show dl.php but when i try to change some option for the mp3 download, ok, i click and it shows a place to saves as. but still i missed the Save Link As part. EDITED:Sorry for the trouble... |

I have just learned that this is a KNOWN BUG in the lates version of Firefox! Content-Disposition is an internet standard that firefox does not follow. Please sign up for a bugzilla account and complain if you are effected. They need to hear from you! https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=299372 EDIT: I have created a sort of work-around to solve this problem.
