Hamasaki Ayumi?

When did you first heard of her? Her song "Dearest" from Inuyasha What was the first song you heard? Ironically it's not "Dearest" but "Voyage". What's your favorite song(s)? Naturally, Fairyland. There are others. What do you think of her voice? She can sing, even though her voice is incredibly high and chibi-like (is that a word?). I was surprised to find out her normal voice is actually kinda raspy but and somewhat deep. Ayu has quite a loquacious nature. =D |

I first heard her and found out about her from an AMV on animemusicvideos.org. I love that Rainbow video... My favorite songs she does are: Rainbow Seasons Monochrome Too Late To Be Trauma End Roll I like her voice, it sounds funny ^_^  |

I heard her for the first time in Endless Sorrow And my favorite songs of her are : 1.M 2.Endless sorrow 3.Rainy day 4.Moment 5.Will 6.Because of you 7.Forgiveness 8.We wish I praise her even people said her voice just like chipmunk... I think she's great!! |

Before I really knew and liked her, I've always heard of Ayumi Hamasaki but never her songs. The first song I heard from her was Dearest but I never knew it was hers. My favorite song is tied between Scar and Will. Her voice sounds... rather high... so she's not my all-time favorite singer. |

I love a lot of her songs. I think I agree that Rainbow is awsome though.

Her voice actually irks me; there are other J-pop singers in her style who I find more aesthetically pleasing [Koda Kumi, Rina Aiuchi, etc]. I do, generally, enjoy her music, though. My favorites are "Ourselves" [awesome video, too] and "Evolution".  ºAevaº aeva.livejournal.com |

I heard about Ayumi Hamasaki back in 1998. Her voice is awesome, kinda squeeky but cool, haha. I love her trance songs. I even made my own mixes on soundclick, I'll give you guys and gals the link later, if interested. |
