Kefka?

I wonder if it's just me but I only see it on this website. At the top left corner is an upside down picture of Kefka (from the game Final Fantasy VI). If I right click it, it gives me an internet explorer error with a number, usually 281, with no choice but to click ok, then it keeps popping up again. Only way to make it stop is end task the webpage. Is this simply a problem with internet explorer? The picture of Kefka shows up on every page and is sometimes on top of a link (cancel link while posting or reverse link when reading a thread)but overall not really in the way so if it's just me I can remind myself not to click on it. I just thought it was really weird. Here's screenshot.http://img458.imageshack.us/img458/4483/kefka4wo.jpg But I tested it again and it doesn't give the weird error anymore. On the front page he will get up, walk around, and start giving out quotes. Edit= Okay thanks. I guess that weird error was fixed. And yes I did rightclick in attempt to save it :) |

everyone sees it. =) gendou-san decided to put it up as a little mascot for the site. and i see no problems with it when i check the site in ie. why would you right click it anyway? unless you wanted to save the image.     |

Yes that weird scary 281 error is gone. Now if I left click it on the main page it gives an error "50px == 50 && 60px ==60. I click on it while posting this and he's walking around normally. I guess he's being worked on then. Anyways thanks for confirming. Edit= Okay that error is gone too. Kefka is now in the top left corner beside Donate! and no longer in the way of anything. If you hover over him in the corner it even explains how to move him and such. Guess he was being worked on heh. I remember most of the quotes too. "Son of a submariner" Priceless. |

I thought that that kefka thing was a bug as well until Gendou-sama said it was a maskot

sorry about all the error messages, i was debugging the kefka mascot. he should work fine now in IE and Firefox. let me know if there are any more errors/bugs. i do know he gets stuck in the navbar, that was intentional. the navbar is his prison! if you let him free, he will cause havoc and destruction, plunging gendou.com into utter chaos! ... not really, he just walks around the screen... :P for those of you who are a bit confused, here are the directions for using Kefka:

I already did.....hehe Does he get upset though? Maybe if people shake him too much he wont respond to his/her commands for a while(gets angry sorta thing) Is it even possible to do this kind of thing? I am not really a programmer so i cant say, but if it is it would be real funny

thats a good idea, i will try it out. i want to make another one, maybe celes, and they can fight if they get close to each other, or something.

I like clicking on him over and over really fast, because then he does the Matrix ^_^ *hopes Gendou will make it so he gets mad ^_^* What about making other mascots, too, and then you could choose which mascot to have? Or have a mascot of the week? ^_^  |

if you click on him too many times, he will ask you to make up your mind which direction he should go. he does the "tisk tisk" thing. if you drag him around while he is down, over and over, he will say funny things. it took me about 4 hours total to get him working, i do plan on making more, so they can battle each other.

Hey yeah Sachiel`s right....a new mascot every week. If you will consider doing it Gendou-sama then maybe you will put a small Inuyasha(Who saw that one comin :D)picture as one of the mascots? Maybe also put some food in the other corner, so that u can drag the food to feed it to the maskot? Just a stupid thought...lol.

I jerked him around for at least 30 seconds at high speeds, but he never said anything to me... T.T Pretty soon people are gonna come to Gendou jsut for the mascots ^_^ |

hahahaha good one gendou! now i can get kefka back from everything he's done to ff6 from the poisoning of doma,killing leo and turning the world in to chaos...beating him was not enough!now i can have my revenge once more!hahahahahahahaha hey gendou,is it possible to make him do the stupid horrendous laugh? |
