| All I can say is I'm amazed by how good this anime is. I just got it in on demand for anime network her in canonsburg yesterday and i've watched it about five times already The opening theme is totally well suited for the anime. I don't know about most people, but i prefere the "New and Shiny" anime look like comic party, Happy Lesson, Nurse Witch Komugi, you get the idea. This has that so that is another good reason to watch it. And finally, you can't forget the VO's. While this is a great anime, this is where it fails. I personally think the Chrono's voice could have been done MUCH better, it wasn't to bad. I kinda expected Rossette's voice to be a little deeper and not so much emphasis on the constant screw up. Though I wish i had more money to actually go out and buy the DVD's. BTW, if anyone can, please tell me, if you know when the next DVD for it comes out, thanks. |

| I saw this series in japanese and also rented the first dvd. Its a great sereis you can watch over and ocer again, but I have to say the japanese voice acting was much better. The voices fit the characters more. I'd say if you can't buy the dvd then rent it and watch it with the subtitles.The forst 2 dvds are out. The 3rd comes out Jan. 11th. |

When i watch the first esp,i really like this anime ,ofcorse i'll watch all the esp till the end.The last scence when Chrno and Rorette ,i can't hold my tears,I love this anime very much,the contain,the music,everything is good too,I really love the OP song Pleasure line.

Yeah, its a great anime. Of course I read the first two volumes of the manga before watching the first DvD so it was pretty predictable. I was disappointed to find out that the voice for Rosette (Hilary Haag) was the same person who did Milk in Super Milk-chan which is kind of annoying. I'm kinda poor so I can't get any more volumes for a while but hey, theres always Christmas :) |

| i watched the first 12 eps back in the good old days when it was being fansubed, im kinda sad that it got lisenced, since im cheap i wont buy or rent any of it, so i miss out on the last half of the series...... |

poor you,hope you could see it till the end ,i'm poor too,but fotunately my friend share me ,not only anime i love to watch the manga too but find no where,but i read fanfic about Chrno,it's excellent,she write the fic beautifully from the begin ,

I've read the manga before I watched the anime, and I think both are very good, though I like the manga a little better because of the better personalities in the manga (eg. satella's not as serious and rosettes not as annoying) but overall, i like both very much.

Hell to whether its liscened or not.I found my FOC CC anime at Anime Kraze funsub.It's rather touching.The ending scene was a litle different then the anime.They died in the end,but,the way the manga ended was a little nice than the anime. A little romantic..to say...it's nice...tears was at the tip of my eyes.. |

| I've seen the first two volumes, and makes me wish I HAD downloaded fansubs before the liscencing. Hilary Hag's voice makes me want to scream. And does anyone else think that ADV needs to hire more voice actors instead of having one women voice half their titles being released at the same time?? It almost makes me want to track down the crappy korean bootleg sub copies, just to save money 'cause I couldn't stand the dub. Alas, bootleg sub is an exersize in english grammar pain.... |

I myself cried also, its SO sad & totally could make one cry. After finishing the show, it was depressing, but the thing to be happy was that in the end Chrno & Rosette went away together happily. Wanna add, how many volumes of manga are there rite now & izzit finished?? Would wanna go rent it =D |

I NEARLY cried...so sad...i think it was the music though,violins always make me wanna cry... I REALLY hate how they changed it to CHRONO CRUSADE instead of 'chrno' in the dvd, but I watch the fansub,so that's no problem to me...
Knife?I thought it was a frying-pan...

Now Chrono Crusade is ruined for me! Rosette and Chrono togeather....oh poop. That makes me think of another question, two questions actually, "What happens to Joshua?" and "Does't Rosette die because of that watch thing?"

| Yep, great. One of my two favourite animes (the other one being Honey & Clover) If you really like it, you should get the manga too. It explains a LOT more in detail, and also has a better storyline |

I didn't read through this thread to prevent spoilers, but I like Chrono Crusade a lot (It's on my favorite manga list) even though I've only read the first volume. XD I need more. >.>
