word abuse??

hey, i just realized that im using some words excessively in my conversation like, i was repeating the words in my sentences till the words feel weird-_-;..i can still control this bad habit while typing, though..XD well, the most frequent is LIKE me: hey, did you see A?she was like, crying her eyes out over that guy friend #1:yeah, that guy's a jerk me: man, the way he treated her like, she's his servant!when i told him off, i was like, man, get a life and leave her alone! and the other one is TOTALLY friend#1: was the movie great? me:totally. friend#2: was the lecture boring? me:*rolls eyes* totally. friend#3:are you okay? me:totally or me:totally not wish i can vary my choice of words..lol  |

One's typing habits and speaking habits slowly intermingle. If you take the time in your posts and such to be much more verbose, your spoken language will also improve. |

Yup. I use to use "but" a whole dang lot. Now I use ^_^, XD, T.T, or some other smiley more than anything else XD  |

I use Lol and haha quite a bit. Lol (:P), don't worry yourself about it. I think it happens to all of us. Well it certainly happens to me quite a bit. And there's nothing wrong with using those kind of words. If anyting, it makes the text you write much more interesting than some lame old english literature professor...thingy :P |

I use 'dots' too much................. became a habit............. i use 'in a way' too much............ also use 'depends' too much............. ROAR!!!!! to everybody who considers me as their friend...and also at musashi(whoever you are and i hope you consider me as a friend)...please read the marquee!i lo0o0o0ove y0u all!! |

Offline, I use the word "meanie" more than anyone over the age of six ever should. Online and offline, I say interweb for internet, but I can't think of anything I do strictly online though. |

wow, words are being abused everywhere..lol now i see that everyone has the tendency to abuse some words..^_^ oh yeah, i also like to use 'something' at the end of questions. such as 'are you mad or something?' or 'that'll take about 15 mins or something' same goes with 'what' 'are you psychic or what?' i feel like if i dont use them, my questions will be incomplete.. weird, huh? lol |

I honestly dont think I repeat very many words besides the basic ones necessary for normal conversation. I am constantly incorporating uncanny and new words into my speech and everywhere I converse. If anything at all, I constantly am speechless, if *silence* is something that can be spoken, than I overuse it more so than any spoken word.

it's a contagious habit of my group of friends. we use "rrriiiiiiiiiggggggght" (pronouncing the word as long as possible) instead of "right.", since one of the teachers used to do so. we use "nehhhhmind" instead of "never mind" 'coz it sounds lazier and more irritating. we use "eh! eh!" when acting ignorant/acting stupid. we purposely add in the word "OH!" behind each statement when trying to annoy someone. eg: you can't eat the eggs OH! i'm on Gendou OH! remember OH! .......OH. lastly, this expression is used between my sis and I: "nye nye nye nye nye..!" if you have NO idea how does it sound like, try pronouncing "knee-ack knee-ack knee-ack knee-ack knee-ack.." smoothly. we do that instead of laughing normally whenever we find something funny. adopted from a drama. signing off. EDIT: i forgot to type "NO".

Something odd that I do with speech... is I'll see my brother... and have a conversation without him ^_^ A-like so... Me: Brother goes "HI GUYS~~!" *waves* Me: Actually, brother says "Guys, no joke, I'm not saying that." Me: And I go "Yeah, you're probably right..." Me: and Brother goes like "Yeahh..." *removed*.php?thr=7507&ent=129298#129298 And now... for the odder more inside joke things... I do/say: You might need compare the truth here to reveal the missing text... :D No joke, I kid you not. CHIHUAHUA~! (used when a hot girl is seen XD) Just a little bit~ I... AM.. THE GREATEST... GUY... EVERR....!! NO JOKE!" HAHHRRRRR!! (sort of a wheeze one of my friends does when he gets surprised... try grunting, wheezing, and saying "HARR" at the same time and you'll see what I mean; it also replaces "Chihuahua!" if a MAJOR chihuahua is seen ^_^; Herr-herrh-errr...errRRRHRHR!!! (done in the HARR voice) Other words I generally overuse are dude, guys, like, and seriously. Seriosuly, like, guys, the dude's a dudette -.-; |

Everytime I write a review in ff.net I always us '...' dots! and a lot of them! and 'hahahaha' and 'hehehehe' I always do that! oh, and this ^^ Other 'word abuse': whatever lolz aiya! (surprised or shouting) Wai~! o.....kay... and OI! That's all I can think of... ^^
