Abandoned, haunted buildings in Japan
Link | by Jomunga on 2006-03-13 23:42:36 (edited 2006-03-13 23:43:02)
I always see those broken down buildings that they don't use anymore and are a complete mess in anime. There is always a building like that for the kimodameshi.

I was wondering if people are just allowed to enter those buildings.

Since they all already broken down and abandoned, would anybody care if I just went into one and started smashing things, breaking the walls and windows, and wrecking havoc inside it? Or do they actually care what happens to those buildings?

Who has been in one for real? Did you find any ghosts?

No, I have not experienced it.
But I think you must trespass before you can enter one for those buildings are usually locked, or barricated by something, or guarded by a security guard. So it is most likely that those trespassers cannot enter those places (although some might).

since someone is going to answer the question asked, I'll add one more question to it:

Are those buildings mostly build of wood? And why don't the people break those buildings down? 'Strangers' can easily into those houses and live without paying taxes?
