What's the WORST you have done in school?

Well, this topic is open to all. It really bothers me to admit something like this aloud but I think it'll help me personally to improve. I have failed 3 out of 4 classes at once before. I also have turned in late or not turned in at all, important assignments. I feel so guilty and ashamed when it comes about but I just ignore this fault of mine and cover it in a veil. My friend asked me how I managed to turn papers in so late, like after finals, or even not turn certain things at all, and I dont know. He says its probably due to my amiable nature. Maybe my teachers and professors dont think I really should get punished for my transgressions or maybe they expect more from me and wish to give me a chance, on thier part, regardless of my past which they are ignorant.

Nothing grade wise, but I have gotten Alternative school for five minor offences, oddly enough, most pf my teachers like me, same for the staff at the alternative school, but my principal and vice principal didn't. I get pretty solid grades though, Mostly A's for me. I have improved alot in the four years since I recieved alternative school to the point where nobody who knows me at my current school could see me in trouble.  |

I failed Shop class in 7th grade. Uh... my dad is a professional carpenter. I failed Calculus twice. Uh... I took high school Algebra in the 8th Grade, and finished everything about 3 weeks ahead of everybody. |

i used to hand up assignments on time. i used to even FINISH the assignments given on that day itself, even if they're due a couple of weeks later. but that's a long time ago. as time went by, i became increasingly.. can't-be-bothered. i skipped classes and didn't hand up assignments (which was a very serious thing in my school). grades wise.. i failed 3 out of 5 subjects at one time (which made me rank at the bottom of the entire grade). but the most depressing thing was, i've once failed my Maths, which's supposed to be my best subject ever in my life.

when i was studying at school with my friends i fall behind 2 ranks. i was supossed to be top 1 because of maths it pull down my grade and i even skip my detention.

I've had so many failures, it's depressing. And that's mostly why I kept failing. I've also dropped and withdrew from a good number of classes in college. These days, though, are 100x better than before.    |

I slept while my teacher's are teaching a lot of times. I slack off and was never really serious with my studies. Amazingly I ended up ranked second in class.

uhm... otaku-killer, how exactly is that bad? just curious since your comment doesnt really match the trend. @everyone. i want to applaud everyone for stepping up. i say this only becuz this subject really means a lot to me. by the way, there are a couple more things ive done which i omitted. i have repeated the same math 4 times basically becuz i do not want to deal w/ it yet its a req. for my major. also, i have gone though periods where i only attend about 4 of 24 classes in a given class.yea-ow-ch!

I guess I can also add that I went to an alternative school for one semester of high school and I repeated many classes (failing a few for a second or third time) in college. Hmm, that sounds past-tense; I'm still in college, transferring to a uni in 1.5 years. |

YOYO, MY friend you are not alone, I right now am doing two repeet classes. I'VE had so many failing grades in hight school its, a wonder that I even got into collage. I just have two more years, to go thank god.

The worst thing i've done yet was when i was in last year of highschool. My teacher was discussing something. She looked at me when she said a particular word as if saying i am like that. I was really offended and that caused trouble within the school...i did horrible things. After that incident my teacher was kicked from my school. I was sort of guilty and felt sorry for her.    |

i made half of the class cut our physics class but i didn't told them to do so. i just want to cut class because i don't like the teacher (not the substitute), i didn't expect the whole class didn't like her too. my class made a physics substitute teacher cry. a friend said i made myself a values education teacher cry and i don't even remember how but i knew i had insulted an english teacher. all back in high school. but i never had a failing grade then in college, well i just came in to my every first class 30 minutes before dismissal. my travel hours from home to school is 2 1/2 to 3, that's even longer than a single class that meets twice a week. i sit at the back everytime and i sleep whenever i can during boring classes. one afternoon, i even had fell asleep in front of my fiscal economics teacher. damn, i can't sleep at night but during classes arrgh... i got 5.0 (failed mark) in calculus because of bad attendance and no efforts. hadn't submitted any homework for this subject. and failed every departmental exam. i didn't expect to pass anyway.  |

I was meditating upon my troubles overnight and I came up with a poem that I think paints my poor relationship with school on the: Post-a-Poem thread. I think it helps describe how things are as they are. Terry One Did Very sure is when time has run out that one will pout. Terry one did and now what will amount is consequence being the route. Carry it does, to other aspects no doubt, but this hardly stirs the lout. Merry one is, content in ignorance of what is about, but then one gives a shout. Wary one may then become, after hard learning bout, yet never ceasing the gout.

Ummm... I very very often sleep in my classes on high school... And yet my teachers told me that i'm an enthusiastic student :D It's not in the past coz i keep doing it over and over again until now,hahaha... But back when i was in jr. high, my friends and i were very naughty. We several times locked up our history teacher and english teacher (we don't like them very much) outside the class. You see, our classroom doors had locks on it so we can do that easily. But still, i got the highest score on bio and english at school :D Oh, yeah... we also made our bio, math, and geo teacher cried several times. Even we made them (just bio and english teacher) got kicked out of school. After thinking about it now, i think i'm a bit too harsh and naughty... |
