So I watched my brother beat this game in under a week and I was very impressed with how far VALVe have come since the days of 'Half Life'. I personally never did finish HL so I was a bit confused about who the Combine were and the whole Gman thing. But it's pretty clear now. Anyone else of the opinion that they should have included a booklet in HL2. OR at least something about the story thus far? Because it doesn't get explained anywhere unless you look for it online. And the ultimate point of this thread? To get some HL2 talk happening, hehe.

I dont think its suppoed to make sence until HL3

Ha ... the further adventures of Gordon Freeman with large head grabbing dust mite thingies and banacles things with long tongues again ... cool ... I like the graphics ...

| Yea i cant argue that the graphic were jaw dropping and the Source engine is the most amazing phisics engine i have ever seen in all the games i have ever played, so yes, Half Life 2 is one of the most amazing games ever made, graphicly, for the computer |

| yea, i missed the story in half-life 2 too. on the second playthrough i realised that there is one, but it doesn't get forced on you. you have to be observant. |
