Hi Gendou: I am having trouble get into the new chat. I have IE, Firefox, and Netscape. Every time I try to get in my browser crashed and burned. Sadly, it seems like a lot of users are unable to use chat 2.0. I would suggest you download and reinstall the latest version of the Java Runtime Environment here. please post any other problems or bugs encountered below, unless i've already got them on my list:

my chat loads and then says connection refused. I have the latest version of java installed. and i have tried various browsers. Please, could i get some help. Thanks

razor, sounds like you tried to connect during one of the times the server had crashed. i'm working hard to make it more stable.

my connections in chat seems everything fine. thanks gendou-sama /hail @razor did you download again? just read the instructions before installed the latest java.

I have the latest Java Runtime Environment installed and on and still cant get in do i need to enable Java console  |

Yeah, I used that link Gendou provided and it works fine now. Hmm, did you try restarting your browser? In the end, it said you might need to do that to fully install it onto your browser.

ok I'll restart, thanks Edit: Dang it still cant connect, so should I enable Java Console. |

ok, thanks Admin dang it it didnt work, well here is the error im getting The chat keeps saying Connecting to the chat... and it kept on saying that for like 30 minutes, i am assuming it is my computer but i dont know, so im going to wait until chat 2.0 is finished getting debugged. |

i have same problem... but with my opera... if i use IE7 even the IE window cannot be closed... i will "KILL TASK" to close IE7 if i try to connect chat engine...

OK, I made some changes, and most people should be able to access the chat as of the posting of this message. If you cannot access the chat: clear your cache, close browser out, and re-open. I have also scratched out some items on the known bugs list.

i am sorry for asking a stupid question but where do i clear my cache? is there a button that automatically clears cache? |

For FF Do :Clear Private Data: in firefox menu... For Opera Do :Delete Private Data: in Opera menu... For IE Do :CONTROL PANEL>>Internet Options>>In GENERAL TAB Click [Delete...] Button

Well, I can get into chat 2.0 with mozilla firefox 2.0.0.11 , which occasional disconnection(does this word even exist? :P). I can't get into chat 2.1 the text at the bottom reads retrying in n seconds, where n is a number from 1-10 but i'll keep trying to get in.  A friend of today is an enemy of tomorrow. I am an empty shell. I don't feel loved at all |

Chat is down right now, so if you guys trying right now u'll get connection refused. So wait till it's back. |

it say that cause we're in chat but the chat is down, maybe someone didn't close the chat window yet even if its down. again its been down for 2hrs. and so on.. right now its down again~ some bugs i guess, it often crashed if gendou isn't on to restart it or something |

I've tried to install the new Java from the link gendou posted on 2 diff browers, but it wont install. does anyone have any tips?
